So like every other person on the planet, every year around January 1st I embark on the 'new year's resolutions path of self destruction'.
I call it self destruction because by week three I usually have screwed up my well intended resolution and then feel like a crappy huge failure for about four more weeks.
But this year is different. The winds of resolutions past are changing.
I feel empowered...unstoppable...a woman on a mission.
